Saigon Flea Market.
I’ve heard all about it, read all bout it, but never been to it, until now.
The idea of localising the flea market concept is not only financially brilliant but also fun. Whoever came up with this must be really happy with her job (heard she’s a girl).
The weather was nice and the place was quite packed. What I like about SFM is that young entrepreneurs seem to have a chance to showcase their work, make a name, and get money out of it. It’s important for youngsters to have such a platform. I’d be quite happy too about this if I had my own shop, or something.
My friends, on the other hand, really do have a clothing and accessory shop. Spent a day doing basically nothing in the name of helping them out, but one of them was still nice enough to give me a ring as a souvenir by the end of the day.
It was fun, but then again, I was with a bunch of fun people. It would have been fun anyway.
